ロンドン市政府とロンドン交通局（TFL）は、MRSV*SPACEのプラットフォームを活用し、公共空間の共有体験を向上させる画期的な取り組みを行っています。その目的は明確で、地下鉄の駅や通勤通路に自然や暖かさ、ポジティブな雰囲気を吹き込み、人々の気分や士気、行動全体を向上させることである。
地下鉄駅のデジタルOOHディスプレイは、エキゾチックな場所のリアルタイムバージョンを紹介する没入型ウィンドウとなる。さまざまな天候や時間帯が変化するインタラクティブな環境は、没入型オーディオとほのかなアロマを採用し、4D体験を提供する。このような通勤空間の変化は、通勤客や交通スタッフの気分に直接影響を与える。
私たちは、朝から不機嫌な気分で通勤ラッシュのクラリーを追いかける。地下鉄の駅に到着すると、彼女はフィジーのイメージ、音、香りに包まれる。通常、広告で覆われている壁、柱、天井がバーチャルな窓に変わり、クレアを静かなフィジーの島へといざなう。この没入体験はクレアの気分を即座に向上させ、一日の士気を高める。ストレスのない通勤は生産性の向上につながり、MRSV*SPACEがポジティブで高揚感のある公共空間を創り出す強力な効果を発揮している。
